What do you do in your day job/life? Aside from finishing my PhD, I manage the academic side of a chain of language schools that teaches English through a love for literature and writing.
What’s the earliest thing you remember writing?
The earliest story that I remember writing was about a koala family when I was in Grade 2. It was only about a page long, but I knew then that I wanted to be an author.
When do you like to write?
My golden time for writing tends to be between 2 and 4am.
If you could brunch with anyone, who would it be?
Stephen Fry, David Attenborough, or their spectacular hybrid clone.
Most important thing the Internet has taught you:
Even when something isn’t true, it still serves as great inspiration for writing.
A quotation you have used more than once:
'The best teacher is experience and not through someone's distorted point of view' from Jack Kerouac's On the Road
A children’s novel about cosmonaut chipmunks.
