Rufi Cole finished as a Henry Hoyns Fellow in the MFA program in Fiction at the University of Virginia in 2009. Her stories have appeared in The Adirondack Review and Hubris Magazine. When she is not fishing, she is working on her second novel. She received her BA from Eugene Lang College at The New School.
The Violin Face is her first novel.
